How can I place an order on Voyido?
Ordering your favourite styles on Voyido is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- Browse through our collection and choose the product you love.
- Select your preferred size (you can refer to the size guide if needed).
- Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
- Once you’ve added everything you want, tap the cart icon at the top of the page.
- Review your items and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Log in to your existing Voyido account or continue as a new customer.
- Enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and click “Complete Order” to finalize your purchase.
And that’s it 🎉 Your order will be successfully placed!
How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order is confirmed on Voyido, you’ll receive an order confirmation message via SMS and email. This will include your order details along with your unique order ID for reference.
After your order is dispatched, we’ll send you another SMS and email with shipping updates so you can track your package easily.

How will my order be delivered?

How can I track the status of my order?

- Go to the “Orders” section to view the current status of your purchase along with your previous order history.
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS and email with complete order details. Once your package is shipped, we’ll notify you again with tracking information.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will proactively inform you with updated delivery timelines and the reason for the delay.
For urgent deliveries or any other concerns, you can contact our Help Centre and share your order details. Our support team will be happy to assist you.
Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) not available for my order?
If you’re unable to see the Cash on Delivery (COD) option at checkout, it usually means that this service is not supported for your delivery PIN code.
In such cases, you can complete your purchase using one of our prepaid payment methods, such as Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking.
Alternatively, you may choose to have your order delivered to a different address where COD service is available.

My payment failed, but the amount was deducted. What should I do?
If your order was not completed but the payment amount was deducted, don’t worry — this can sometimes happen due to temporary banking or network issues.
First, please check your bank account or transaction history to confirm whether the amount has actually been debited. In most cases, if a payment fails, the deducted amount is automatically reversed by your bank within 7–10 business days.
If the refund does not reflect within this timeframe, we recommend contacting the Voyido Help Centre with your payment details and transaction reference number. Our support team will review the issue and assist you promptly.
Are there any hidden charges?
No, there are absolutely no hidden costs at Voyido.
The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay at checkout — complete transparency, always.
What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment doesn’t go through, you can try placing the order again. Before retrying, please make sure:
- Your card or bank details are entered correctly
- The billing information matches your bank records
- Your internet connection is stable during the transaction
- For Net Banking, your login credentials are accurate
If the amount has been deducted despite the failed transaction, it is usually refunded automatically by your bank within 7–10 business days.

- Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 2–3 business days
- Other locations usually receive orders within 3–5 business days

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
