Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product or size was delivered
- There is a clear manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within the specified return timeframe
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original packaging and tags (if applicable) must be intact
2. Return Timeframe
Return requests must be raised within 7 Days of receiving the product.
To initiate a return, please contact us at voyido.official@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear images or videos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process and Timing
Once your return request is approved:
- We will inspect the product (or review submitted evidence)
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 BUSINESS DAYS after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Exchange Options
We offer replacements or exchanges in eligible cases, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead. Exchanges are processed only after the original issue has been verified.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video. This helps us quickly resolve the issue and coordinate with our fulfillment partner.
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement at no extra cost, or
- A full refund, as applicable
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)
As many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by VOYIDO.
- For all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
